Ugly shoes.....Never heard it said better!!

This is a post on shoes that are really ugly and I have had a 'thing' about for years....
Have to say that I do wear 'athletic shoes' to sight see.....but only because of the walking surface...usually uneven and the effect of being on one's feet for hours at a time either standing in museums or walking though and around cities.

But then there is this post post that shows some really great shoes that are 'comfortable'?  I may have to try some of them out. 

I have found and bought, a great shoe that is a wedge that is really comfortable and will be a favorite all summer...I even wore it all day in KC.  I had to put a small moleskin patch on one spot where the stitching was 'twisted'.  Problem solved ....
